Whole Family Sleep Support

Through responsive, family-centered care informed by biological needs and addressing persistent issues by the root, I help parents optimize infant/toddler sleep as well as their own.

Sleep Training is Not the Only Option

Many parents simply aren’t on board with the idea of sleep training, or they have tried it and found it to be a short-term “fix”, only to be disrupted when their child next became ill or went through a developmental leap.

My approach is to dig deep and explore the holistic picture of a family’s sleep – from sleep environment and bedtime routines, to a child’s health history, personality, and temperament – to offer sustainable solutions rooted in caregiver responsiveness.
